The Fifth Annual Prime Beef Festival Cook Off!!

The finalists are sharpening their knives and putting the finishing touches on their recipes. On Saturday, September 6, the finalists will go head-to-head in the fifth annual Prime Beef Festival Cook Off! Come be part of the excitement!

On a hot summer day, we all know "What's for dinner"--there's nothing better than a hot grill searing some prime Warren County Beef. This year, the festival will once again show you the magic that can be created with our prime beef--and it goes so much further than just a burger or a thick steak.

You've seen cook-offs on FoodTV; you seen the recipes in cooking magazines... now you can join in the excitement as the Prime Beef Festival once again presents its culinary challenge celebrating the Prime Beef that has made our region famous!

Come to watch the competition and sample the great food--it's a great way to spend Saturday afternoon at the festival--just ask anyone who attended last year's event!

On Saturday, September 6 (from 4:30-6:30, in the Industrial Tent), the festival grounds will again play host to finalists competing in two exciting cooking categories, each showcasing prime Warren County Beef.

These finalists will compete in two categories:
Dish featuring ground beef
Dish featuring select beef cut

The Prime Beef Festival will award five prizes ( category winner, category runner-up and the audience choice award) with over $750 in cash and prizes at stake.
